Description
This invention provides a non-invasive method and system to assess pulmonary hypertension (PH) progression and severity using routine echocardiography. By jointly using standardized multi-view echocardiogram videos, Doppler spectral images, and basic patient metadata, the system estimates clinically critical hemodynamic indicators (including mean pulmonary arterial pressure, mPAP, and pulmonary vascular resistance, PVR) with reference to right heart catheterization (RHC) measurements, enabling safer and more frequent follow-up than repeated invasive catheterization.
